Leah-John-Lopez-Island-Anniversary-Session-Photography-by-Betty-Elaine_0000-2I was longing for the sunshine today, and was reminded of Leah & John’s anniversary session at Lopez Island. These two have become dear friends. At the end of last summer on a rare wedding free weekend, Matt, Indie, and I, packed up our car and headed onto the ferry to the San Juan Islands to spend a few days with these friends. With all the new changes in their life, spending some time to slow down, and photograph just the two of them near their new home on the island before sunset was a beautiful moment.
